If the product is
malfunctioning/damaged/incomplete/incorrect at the time of delivery, you may
call us at 03-111-622-111. Our team will need images of your product for
further verification. Once the whole inspection activity is processed, and
we’ve unintentionally provided you with a faulty product; we’ll be held liable
for it. However, the customer is entitled to a refund in his/her aCart Wallet
of the same product within 7 working days of the delivered date.

If the product is
delivered and the package has been opened, you are then only entitled to return
it in exchange for money that will be transferred to your aCart Wallet within 7
working days of the delivery date.

If the product
has been delivered safe and sound, and you accidentally damage it. We will not
be held liable to return and refund the amount by any means.
