• If the product is malfunctioning/damaged/incomplete/incorrect at the time of delivery, you may call us at 03-111-622-111. Our team will need images of your product for further verification. Once the whole inspection activity is processed, and we’ve unintentionally provided you with faulty product; we’ll be held liable for it. However, the customer is entitled for a full refund or return of the same product within 14 working days of the delivered date.

 

  • If the product is delivered and the package has been opened, you are then only entitled to return it in exchange for a similar product of the same brand within 14 working days of the delivery date.

 

  • If the product has been delivered safe and sound, and you accidentally damage it. We will not be held liable to return or refund it by any means.
