aCart.pk can deliver outside Pakistan (Except India & Israel).

Within Lahore, we will deliver your order in 36 hours. Outside Lahore, we promise to deliver your order within 4 working days.

The 24 Hour deal is our signature deal. During our 24 hour deal, any product on our website or mobile app will be subjected to a particular discount. The deals will only be available for 24 hours. You’ll have to be quick!

Products that are delivered damaged/malfunctioning/incomplete/incorrect are entitled to full refund.

Online Coupons can be redeemed once you are confirming your orders on our website or mobile apps. Whereas, physical vouchers can only be used at the company franchises or outlets.

Return Policy

The timeline for applying for return is 15 days from the date of delivery

In order to apply for a return on your purchase, you need to talk to our customer service representative for further assistance.

Products that are delivered damaged/malfunctioning/incomplete/incorrect are entitled to full return. (Not applicable for seasonal and electronic products).

We are liable to return damaged/incomplete/incorrect/malfunctioning items. Whereas, upon receiving the parcel, if you do not like the product, you can get it exchanged for another similar product.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving the parcel, if you do not like the product, you can get it exchanged for another similar product or you can appeal for a refund. However, aCart.pk will not accept items that have been tempered by you.

Order Status

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly.

In Lahore, your order will be delivered to you within 36 hours. Outside Lahore, your order will be delivered to you within 4 working days.

If you accidentally placed an order, or you want to make changes in your order, you will need to call customer support service. Provide them with the order number and also inform them about the changes. (Applicable within 12 hours of order placement)

If you wish to cancel an order, you will be required to call the customer support service. Provide them with your order number and also tell them the reason for cancellation. (Applicable within 12 hours of order placement)
